This package includes

One hour of Coordination
As experts in our industry, this pre-event planning hour is used to discuss the events needs and map out each vendors roles and responsibilities. We will begin to modify and mold this package to include only what is necessary, creating a timeline that will paint the picture you’re visualizing.

Reliable Staff
Staff will be responsible for setup, hospitality service, maintenance of venue cleanliness and event teardown.

Provided staff: (1) Service Supervisor, (3) Servers, (1) Kitchen Attendant, (3) Bartenders, DJ, and Photographer.

Quality Rentals & China Dinnerware
Bar setup: wine chiller, pitchers, bar mats, towels, ice scoop, beverage napkins, and straws

Non-alcoholic beverage station: (2) 3-gallon glass beverage jars and a stainless-steel ice bin with scoop. Includes: iced tea and condiments

Appetizer setup: Leveled/Decorative (2) Deluxe Large Platters/Bowls, (2) Deluxe

Medium Platters/Bowls. (3) Deluxe Condiment Bowls, 250 beverage napkins, Utensils for all platters and bowls.

Buffet setup: up to 5 decorative chafing dishes, up to 5 bowls/platters/baskets, up to 5 condiment bowls with sternos, utensils, and gloves.
