I moved to Austin when I was sixteen years old. Becoming an adult in this city I learned the importance of community and sustainability. I have been in the service industry my whole life. I bartended for Ztejas for fourteen years in the restaurant and private party room. I started at Direct Events in 1995. I was the bar manager for The Austin Music Hall, La Zona Rosa & The Backyard. After a cumulative amount of years in the service industry I wanted to share my personal experiences with others to create magic for their life events. I founded Austin’s Elite in 2006 and since then have been providing quality & consistent services to all that come our way.

Lauren is a native of the good ole state of Mississippi. She spent fifteen years in Atlanta where she got her start in the service industry. She has done everything from working in and opening restaurants to starting event programs. She then decided to briefly jump ship to Montana and realized there in the slopes that her passion was in the service industry. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management in December 2014. After graduation it was time to move, her hubby and little ones packed their bags and set sail towards Austin, where she started using her new found degree and years of experience to work with the best of the best! She truly is an Event Maestro!

Mona is a full time event professional. Born & raised in Texas, Mona has a true passion for southern hospitality. Working for Austin’s Elite has become more than just a job for her, it is a family. She continually upgrades her knowledge of the service industry. From an early age she worked and was taught the importance of a strong work ethic, high morals and core fundamental values that will give anyone the feeling of ease & comfort with her professional yet personable working style.
