DIY Package – $3,000

Are you someone who can organize things so well that hired professionals can just show up and execute your plan without much assistance or intervention. Or are you the artsy one whose envisioned this one day for years? Maybe your just trying to keep things within their respective budgets, whatever kind of DIY(er) you are, this package lends way to highly personalized events that reflect a story behind the party. You pick the venue, the decor, food, and provide the vision. You also tell us when to show up and how we can help. Our service staff will come ready to execute all your Day-Of demands.

This package includes

One hour of Coordination
This pre-event planning hour is used to discuss the event timeline and be sure you’ve crossed all your “t’s” and dotted all your “i’s”.

Reliable Staff

Staff will be responsible for setup, hospitality service, maintenance of venue cleanliness and event teardown. Provided staff: (1) Lead Server, (3) Servers, (1) Kitchen Attendant, and (2) Bartender.

Quality Rentals & Disposable Dinnerware

Bar setup: wine chiller, pitchers, bar mats, towels, ice scoop, beverage napkins, and straws

Non-alcoholic beverage station: (2) 3-gallon glass beverage jars and a stainless-steel ice bin with scoop. Includes: iced tea and condiments

Buffet setup: up to (5) decorative chafing dishes, up to (5) bowls/platters/baskets, up to (5) condiment bowls with sternos, utensils, and gloves.

(9) Linens for the service station tables

Disposable cups, plates, and flatware for 150 guests. *China options available at an additional cost

1-stop catering order pick up at restaurant within Austin city limits. Pick up includes hot and cold food transportation boxes.
Coordination and delivery of SPEC’s order *actual order not included (28) 10-pound bags of ice
