Servers

If you are hosting an event with food, you need servers. We have servers who will do everything from passing hors d’oeuvres to cleaning up the event. All our servers are professionally mannered and dressed. Our server option includes:

• Organizing and setting the room by preparing tables with clean linens and napkins folded in the chosen design.
• Arranging each place setting with the desired dinnerware, flatware and glassware.
• Maintaining the buffet and appetizer stations by keeping the food service areas and beverage stations clean and stocked.
• Continually bussing all reception areas ensuring the professional appearance of your event.
• Preparing items for return to the rental company, loading clients personals and breaking down and clean the venue according to the venue manager’s specifications.
• Proficient in a multitude of service styles such as buffet, family style dining, fine dining, and plated meal service.
