Given the multiple factors involved in creating your envisioned event, we built these packages to help you understand the average cost of our services.
Each package can be customized to your specific needs and these rates are not binding but rather an introduction to the many services we offer.
Our packages include: Service staff, Rentals: bar, buffet, and beverage stations. Including glassware and cutlery, Coordination of alcohol order through a SPEC’s representative, Transportation of all rentals, catering and liquor orders, a photographer, a DJ and best of all these packages provide stress-free coordination assistance for all other aspects of your event.
Each package can be modified to meet your needs and all packages are based on a guest count of 150.
Our staff will arrive at the designated food provider at least 1-hour prior to the scheduled service time, bringing you your specially selected menu from your favorite restaurant.
We ensure that our staff will arrive on time, ready to deliver the perfect ambience for your occasion. From elegant weddings to corporate events, our staff are trained industry professionals equipped with Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
Staff hours are flexible and based on guest count, catering details, amount of setup, breakdown, and venue hours.
