Event staff (servers, bartenders, captains, kitchen attendants, chefs), planning and day-of coordination, rentals (bar, buffet, glassware, cutlery), liaison with catering and liquor vendors, photography and DJ services, and end-to-end event production when you need the whole stage handled.
Packages give a starting baseline priced around a 150-guest event, so you can understand the average cost of our services. Every package is tailored from there — the rates introduce the services, not bind the final proposal.
Our team arrives at the food provider at least an hour before service begins, bringing your menu in hot and cold transport boxes with ice. A kitchen attendant sets up the buffet, preps the catered food, hits timeline for appetizers and dinner service, maintains the line, cuts the cake, packs leftovers, and handles breakdown and rental sort.
Our team arrives on time with Food Handler and TABC certifications. Staff hours are sized by guest count, catering details, setup/breakdown scope, and venue availability — so a 4-hour reception at an empty room costs differently than a 4-hour reception at a venue with AV load-in.
