We offer a wide range of event planning services, including service staff, rentals (bar, buffet, and beverage stations with glassware and cutlery), coordination of alcohol orders, transportation of rentals, catering and liquor orders, photography, DJ services, and stress-free coordination assistance for all other aspects of your event.

Our packages are designed to help you understand the average cost of our services based on a guest count of 150. Each package can be customized to your specific needs, and the rates are not binding but rather an introduction to the many services we offer.

Our staff will arrive at the designated food provider at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled service time, bringing you your specially selected menu from your favorite restaurant. Catering pick-up includes hot and cold food transportation boxes and ice. Our Kitchen Attendant is responsible for the setup of the buffet line, preparation of catered food, meeting timeline demands for appetizers and dinner service, maintaining the buffet line, cutting the cake, transferring and packaging leftovers, breakdown, and sorting rentals.

We ensure that our staff will arrive on time, ready to deliver the perfect ambience for your occasion. Our staff are trained industry professionals equipped with Food Handlers and TABC certifications. Staff hours are flexible and based on guest count, catering details, amount of setup, breakdown, and venue hours.
