-Onsite during the event from start to completion directing the service staff to ensure that the event timeline is adhered to.
-Important liaison between the event coordinator/client and the service staff and is required for all weddings and other intricate events involving rental equipment and pre-event planning and coordination meetings.
-Oversees the load in, load out, and set up, tear down of the event.
-Food and beverage service professional who has exceptional service skills and several years of experience as a server along with the ability to manage and direct staff.
-Available for a pre-event phone meeting to discuss the event needs.

-Proficient in a multitude of service styles such as buffet, family style dining, fine dining, and plated meal service.
-Organize and set the room by preparing tables with clean linens and napkins folded in the chosen design.
-Arrange each place setting with the desired dinnerware, flatware and glassware.
-Maintain the buffet and appetizer stations by keeping the food service areas and beverage stations clean and stocked.
-Continually bus all reception areas ensuring the professional appearance of your event.
-Prepare items for return to the rental company, load clients personals and break down and clean the venue according to the venue manager’s specifications.
-Ensure your guests have an enjoyable time throughout the event.
-Mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative cocktails.
-TABC certified and comply with all state TABC laws and regulations.
-Do a rental and product inventory
-Setup and break-down the bar and load any leftover product to a designated area.
-Meet with the client to plan the specific menu needs
-Execute the desired menu for each guest and ensure proper plate presentation.
-Offer a comprehensive service which includes menu planning, shopping, meal preparation, presentation, and clean up.
