Day of Coordinator

-Highly experienced professional who can manage the entire event from start to finish.
-We will create and supply a timeline to the bride, groom, staff, and vendors to ensure the event is on schedule and running smoothly
-Oversee the set up and load out of rental equipment, décor and personal items.
-Personally attend to the bride, groom, and wedding party, direct the rehearsal and processional, and facilitate the timing of pertinent announcements with the band or DJ
-The Day of Coordinator is a must for the DIY bride!

Experienced Event and Wedding Planner

-Assist in designing, managing, and coordinating every aspect of your event from conception to completion.
-Help you make your vision a reality.

Service Supervisor

-Event food and beverage service professional who exhibits strong management and organizational skills.
-Onsite during the event from start to completion directing the service staff to ensure that the event timeline is adhered to.
-Important liaison between the event coordinator/client and the service staff and is required for all weddings and other intricate events involving rental equipment and pre-event planning and coordination meetings.
-Oversees the load in, load out, and set up, tear down of the event.

Lead Server

-Food and beverage service professional who has exceptional service skills and several years of experience as a server along with the ability to manage and direct staff.
-Available for a pre-event phone meeting to discuss the event needs.

Elite Servers

From setup to cleanup, our friendly service staff will help make your event a success!

-Proficient in a multitude of service styles such as buffet, family style dining, fine dining, and plated meal service.
-Organize and set the room by preparing tables with clean linens and napkins folded in the chosen design.
-Arrange each place setting with the desired dinnerware, flatware and glassware.
-Maintain the buffet and appetizer stations by keeping the food service areas and beverage stations clean and stocked.
-Continually bus all reception areas ensuring the professional appearance of your event.
-Prepare items for return to the rental company, load clients personals and break down and clean the venue according to the venue manager’s specifications.

Elite Bartenders

-Ensure your guests have an enjoyable time throughout the event.
-Mix and match ingredients in order to create classic and innovative cocktails.
-TABC certified and comply with all state TABC laws and regulations.
-Do a rental and product inventory
-Setup and break-down the bar and load any leftover product to a designated area.

Elite Chef

-Meet with the client to plan the specific menu needs
-Execute the desired menu for each guest and ensure proper plate presentation.
-Offer a comprehensive service which includes menu planning, shopping, meal preparation, presentation, and clean up.
-Relax and enjoy the luxury of your own private Chef.

Chef Attendant

-Onsite cooking, a carving station, action station (dishes prepared in front of guests)
-Making sure the proteins are cooked to the correct temp.
-Experienced culinary professional.

Kitchen Attendant

-Experienced in the preparation, organization, and presentation of all types of food services.
-Maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen at all times.
-Suggested for assembly/presentation of passed appetizers, setup/replenish multiple food stations, and is highly suggested for an event with a guest count over 75.
-Two or more Kitchen Attendants is suggested for plated meals, family style meals, and higher guest counts.
-Maintaining food quality and preparing for the dinner service while the front of house staff is on the floor attending to your guests.
